service as well as ourselves as a management company.
Affordable – we will work with you and make sure we meet your needs as well as your budget. We
have no hidden fees. Your true cost is what’s written in the contract. We do not charge
extra for attending your meetings or for sending a letter to a homeowner on your behalf.
Personal – we will tailor our services to HOA’s needs as opposed to following a predetermined
template. We will evolve with you and adjust how we operate based on your
requirements.
Sustainable – we implement practices that are good both for the community and for the environment.
We contract with local vendors and operators. We use recycled supplies and limit
printing. You will not receive binders of useless reports from us and yet you will be
very well informed via either concise documentation or electronic communication.
Holistic – we will provide you with all the services you need. If there is anything we cannot fulfill,
we will provide you with a complete information package and recommendations
regarding who to go to.
